“Blue Line” – Polish National Helpline for Victims of Family Violence

The Blue Line provides psychological support, information on preventing domestic violence, including existing legal and procedural options, and contact with local support services.

Emergency Police Family Violence Helpline

The helpline is available Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm (free of charge).


Women’s Rights Centre Helpline

24-hour helpline for women in difficult situations. The cost of phonecalls to the center’s helpline will be charged according to the operator’s tariff. A representative of the center’s helpline can call you back if necessary. Legal aid is also available on Thursdays: from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm; call: 22 621 36 37.

Abused in church

A helpline for adult victims of sexual abuse in the church is available on Tuesdays at 7:00 pm-10:00 pm.
If you are under 18, you should call the Child and Youth Helpline: 116111.

National, anonymous and free helpline run by the charity “Dajemy Dzieciom Siłę”.

Child Safety Helpline for Parents and Teachers

Free and anonymous Helpline and online support for parents and teachers who need assistance and information with the prevention of, and psychological support of children experiencing problems and difficulties such as: aggression and violence at school, cyberbullying and the dangers of new technologies, sexual abuse, contact with psychoactive substances, depression and lowered mood, suicidal thoughts, eating disorders.

Monsday to Fridays from 12:00 am to 3:00 pm.


Helpline for psychological support within the NFZ Patient Helpline (NFZ = Polish national health system)

Free of charge, 24-hour patient helpline where you can ask to be connected with a psychologist. Helpline for people in quarantine, being treated for coronavirus or feeling stressed by an outbreak.



Helpline for young people – Itaka foundation

The number is addressed mainly to children, teenagers, young adults (up to 25 years of age). Psychologists are on duty from Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 to 21:00



National Helpline “Drugs and Drug Addiction”

Free of charge Helpline for people affected by the consequences of drug addiction: drug users and addicts, and their relatives. Helpline is available daily from 16:00-21:00, except on public holidays. Call the National Helpline “Drugs and Drug Addiction” to get information on: the system of intervention, treatment and addresses of specific facilities.

Helpline for Elderly Persons

Helpline focusing on elderly people, lonely people and those in need of psychological support Przeciwdziała izolacji społecznej osób starszych, a jednocześnie pełni Support against social isolation of elderly people and informative and advisory assistance.

Helpline available Mondyas, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 17:00 to 20:00. Alzheimer’s disease specialists on duty on Wednesdays from 14:00 to 16:00.



Lambda Association. Polish Nationwide Helpline for LGBT+ community

Helpline for LGBT+ community and their families and loved ones. We ensure the anonymity of the person contacting us. Helpline is available Mondays-Fridays from 18:00 to 21:00

Charitable Organization Trans-Fuzja

A nationwide NGO working on behalf of transgender people. Trans-Fuzja runs support groups, psychological consultations for transgender people and their relatives. Charitable Organization Trans-Fuzja also provides legal advice.
